ProTerrenas receives requests from homeowners, residents and vacation rental hosts in Las Terrenas who are looking for a plumber, an electrician, an air conditioning technician, a pool technician, a gardener, a renovation or cleaning company, a builder, a property management or concierge service. Our team clarifies each need with the client, then suggests a professional.

Listing does not guarantee any requests: we suggest to each client the professional we consider best suited to their need.

What is published, what stays private

Published on your profile, after approval: your trade name, your services, your service areas, the languages you speak, your opening hours, whether you accept emergencies, whether your quotes are free, the prices you provide (with their date) and photos of completed work for which you hold the rights.

Never published: your phone, your WhatsApp, your email, your website, your social media, your address and, if you are a self-employed tradesperson, your full name without your agreement. We keep them in order to contact you.

How it works

  1. You fill in the sign-up form.
  2. Our team checks your business and contacts you.
  3. Your profile is published after approval.
  4. You can request a correction or the removal of your profile at any time.

When a client agrees to be put in touch with you, we pass their request and contact details on to you. We never pass on a client's contact details without their agreement.

Visibility

Featured placement options may be offered later. They will always be labeled “Sponsored” and shown separately from the directory. Nothing is charged for at present.

Expected good practice

Written quote, clear prices, reasonable deposit and careful work: clients can report a provider, and we remove profiles that cause problems.
